Premenstrual massage oil has been specially blended to help ease the physical and emotional effects of menstruation.
Premenstrual massage oil combines the essential oils of geranium (harmonising and emotionally uplifting), sweet marjoram (relaxing for mind and body) and chamomile german (relaxing and soothing) in a nourishing base oil blend of sunflower, jojoba and olive vegetable oils.
Recommended use: Start using premenstrual massage oil up to 1 week before menstruation. Prementrual massage oil can be used throughout menstruation on a daily basis. Best applied after a bath or before bed to allow time for the oils to be absorbed by the body. Cover sheets with a towel or wear pyjamas to reduce chances of oil marks on bed clothing.
