Typical Costs For Simple Projects

These rates apply to simple fill and cap projects only, where components are supplied ready to use and no additional operations are required. Based on products with a cP value of <300

Transparency

We want our clients to understand what they are paying for. Therefore, we are completely transparent about our charges.

Contract Filling & Packaging Includes:

  • Ingredients + Primary Packaging
    • Raw materials, oils, fragrances, preservatives & botanicals.
    • Bottles, jars, shives & closures.

    Our Fee: We charge cost + 20% for this element.

    • Note: Clients may free issue any of the above items for us to use.

  • Labelling

    Professional labels are printed externally on a material suitable for your product type and application.

    Our Fee: We charge cost + 20% for this element.

  • Labour
    • For low volume projects (100 units of a single product), we charge £40.00/hour, minimum of 2 hours. This is divided by the number of units.
    • An additional fee for set-up and line preparation is charged at a rate of £40.00 to £80.00 depending on project complexity.
    • We have a minimum invoice value of £150.00 for all projects.
  • Extras
    • Bubble bagging or clear bagging - £0.08/unit
    • Heat Seals - £0.12/unit
    • Label application - £0.08/label (depending on label type)
    • Barcoding - £0.08/unit
    • Insertion into Secondary Packaging - £0.08/unit (product retail packaging, cartons etc.)
    • Carton Ends - £0.15/unit (Stickers)
    • Shipping Boxes - Cost + 10%
    • Euro Pallet - £20.00/pallet
    • Inventory Storage Charge - £15.00 m3/month (approx. 1 Euro Pallet)
    • Shipping Charges - cost + 10%

Note: Clients may free issue any of the above items for us to use — excluding labour, of course!
