Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you’d like to return an item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on the following:

    • Perishable goods

    • Custom or personalised products

    • Products where the tamper seal has been broken (e.g., oils or cosmetics)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at office@oils4life.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return within 5 working days and provide instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval (or rejection) of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
