PMT Essential Oil Synergy has been specially blended to help ease the physical and emotional effects of menstruation.
PMT Essential Oil Synergy combines the essential oils of geranium (harmonising and emotionally uplifting), sweet marjoram (relaxing for mind and body) and chamomile german (relaxing and soothing).
Recommended use:
- Add 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
- Add up to 6 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
- Add up to 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
- Add 5 drops of PMT Essential Oil Synergyto an oil burner or vapouriser.
