Recommended use:

  • Add 5 drops of MenoGlow Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
  • Add up to 6 drops of MenoGlow Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
  • Add up to 5 drops of MenoGlow Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
  • Add 5 drops of MenoGlow Essential Oil Synergyto an oil burner or vapouriser.
