Balancing Essential Oil Synergy has been specially blended help soothe and relax the mind and body at the end of a hard day. Totally be at one in the aroma. Balancing Essential Oil Synergy contains the essential oils of chamomile roman, bergamot fcf and lavender.
Ingredients: Anthemis nobilis flower oil, citrus aurantium bergamia fruit oil, lavendula angustifolia flower oil, limonene, linalool, citronellol, eugenol, coumarin, citral, geraniol.
Recommended use:
- Add 5 drops of joy essential oil blend to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
- Add up to 6 drops of joy essential oil blend to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
- Add up to 5 drops of joy essential oil blend per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
- Add 5 drops of joy essential oil blend to an oil burner or vapouriser.
Safety: Balancing Essential Oil Synergy is non-toxic and generally non-sensitising. It can cause mild dermal irritation to some individuals due to its bergamot content.
