Because of its vitamin E content Wheatgerm Carrier Oil is a natural antioxidant and is well protected from the elements that usually break down vegetable oils, such as light and heat.
Wheatgerm Carrier Oil has excellent emollience and skin feel with a relatively low odour.
It is best to use Wheatgerm Carrier Oil within a blend other another oil(s) at around 10%. The high Vitamin E content of Wheatgerm Carrier Oil will also act as a natural preservative in the finished blend.
