Recommended use:
Add 5 drops of Glory Essential Oil Synergy to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
Add up to 6 drops of Glory Essential Oil Synergy to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
Add up to 5 drops of Glory Essential Oil Synergy per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
Add 5 drops of Glory Essential Oil Synergy to an oil burner or vapouriser.
 
Safety: Glory Essential Oil Synergy is non-toxic and generally non-sensitising. It can cause mild dermal irritation to some individuals due to its pine and lemon content.
