As well as 20 years of experience making cosmetics for our own range we have been making cosmetics for a broad range of clients (large and small).
Utilising our inhouse or external manufacturing network we have the capacity for making cosmetics handling small production runs of 5000 units and scaling up to thousands of units as required.
We offer a professional, transparent and honest service for clients seeking to develop long term relationships for making cosmetics.
Formulation
Already have a formulation?
If you have already spent time formulating your product(s) and know the ingredients and the percentages then that's fantastic - it will definitely accelerate the manufacturing and production process.
Simply email your information over to dale@oils4life.co.uk and I will be happy to provide you with some costings. Provide as much information as you can with regards to whether you want organic or conventional ingredients and don't forget to tell us how much you need!
Starting from scratch?
If you have a brand and an idea, we can work with you to achieve your goal. Clearly, there will be costs involved with formulating the development and creating samples etc., but we will be happy to quote you on these.
When you're happy..... we've done our job!
Manufacturing
Good Manufacturing Practice
The manufacturing process for making cosmetics is aligned with ISO 22716: 2007, which assures compliance with The European Union’s Regulation (EC) No 1223/2000 - the go to international standard for making cosmetics.

In-house or Network Manufacturing
The manufacturing location depends on the type of product being manufactured and the volume. Our priority is creating the perfect product for you.
Testing (Stability/Microbial/Compatibility)
In the event that you need specific testing performed on your finished product, we can either put you in touch with our trusted testing and analysis contacts or we would be happy to facilitate the process on your behalf.
Packaging & Labelling
Packaging can be free issued or we can supply.
Whilst packaging isn't our core business, we are more than happy to make suggestions and source bottles, containers and closures for you, to help you create the perfect end product.
Fashion and trends change like the wind, so we will work with you to find something that will stand out from the crowd.
We can also help with label design, printing and application, assuring compliance with latest guidelines.
