The following information applies to orders placed online at www.oils4life.co.uk.

Carriage charges include the cost of packing materials, labour and the cost of postage. Our carriage charges have been set based on 15 years of running the business.

IMPORTANT:

The majority of the parcels we dispatch will not fit through a letter box and therefore a human will need to be present at time of delivery to receive the parcel or you will need to contact the delivery agent (courier / Royal Mail) to organise a redelivery or collection from their depot. A redelivery charge (i.e. the cost of the original delivery or a minimum of £4.50 where free delivery applied) will be payable for any parcels returned to us, where the delivery agent advises us that you have failed to collect the parcel from their depot. It is essential that you make every effort to respond to delivery agent instructions (i.e. Delivery Attempted Cards which are put through your letter box when a delivery attempt is made). ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are unable to honour any special requests for delivery entered during the online checkout (i.e. leave behind the bin or next door etc if not in).

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (not including the date of order). We will dispatch your order as soon as we can. In the event of a potentially excessive delay in dispatching your order (over 10 working days) we will notify you by email. Refer to our terms and conditions for specific terms on delivery.

Parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (for order weights less than 2kg) or by courier (UPS or Hermes) for orders of 2kg and over.

High value orders or delivery locations with reported problems (i.e. high frequency of parcel loss) will be sent by courier.

A signature may be required on delivery.

Given that the majority of the products we supply will not fit through a letter box, Customer are fully responsible for organising local collection from couriers / Post Offices as notified by the respective companies.

Additional charges will be payable in the event that redelivery is required or amounts deducted from any refunds requested.
