We do not support the somewhat outdated view that "the customer is always right" (sorry!)....we prefer to focus on the specific circumstances that have arisen and (based on the facts presented) seek to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently. Complaints Procedure

We want your experience at Oils4life to be memorable for all the right reasons. However, we are realists and we acknowledge from time to time things will not go to plan.

If you feel that Oils4life has not dealt with your enquiry or issue properly, or you are unhappy with the outcome of the consideration of your request, you have the right to make a formal complaint.  If the issue cannot be resolved informally (in discussion with the member of the Oils4life staff) dealing with the request, formal complaints should be submitted in writing (email or letter), to "The Company Director" at the above address.

We welcome feedback and are pleased to receive comments and suggestions for improvement to our standards of service.

We do have a feedback process built in to our ecommerce shop. You will receive an email from an organisation called SafeBuy approximately 14-days after your order has been dispatched seeking feedback on our service.
