Contract Filling

Whether you need 10 units or 10,000, we have a number of contract filling options for you.

Being a family business, established almost 20 years ago, we appreciate that our clients will be at different stages of their own business journey.

 

We have low MOQs (minimum order quantities), starting at just 10 units, enabling clients to test the market before committing to larger contract filling orders - you grow, we grow!

We also have experience formulating, blending, and contract filling products such as essential oils, essential oil synergies, e-liquids, massage oils, reed diffuser oils, bath & shower products, creams and body butters, so if you have a formulation already in mind we would love to hear about it - we are happy to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to give you peace of mind.

Contract Filling Costs...

We want our clients to understand what they are paying for. Therefore, we are completely transparent about our charges.

Our contract filling pricing is made up of the following elements:

Product Costs

  • Product (or formulation ingredients)

  • Primary Packaging (bottles, jars, closures)

 

Our Fee: We charge cost + 20% for this element.

 

Labelling

We can print labels in-house for simple, low volume contract filling projects, however, in the majority cases we opt for printing professional labels. These labels are highly durable with a range of finishes available (see below for more information).

Our Fee: We charge cost + 10% for this element.

Labour

Our Fee:

For projects under 100 units of a single product we charge an hourly rate of £15.00/hour, based on a minimum of 2 hours. This fee is divided into the number of units being ordered.

For projects of 100 units and above we charge a 'unit' price. Refer to prices opposite.

Extras

The following charges will apply (as required)

  • Bubble bagging

  • Heat Seals

  • Barcoding

  • Secondary Packaging (product retail packaging, packing cartons etc.) 

  • Carton Ends (Stickers)

  • Shipping Boxes

  • Pallets

  • Shipping Charges

 

Our Fee: We charge cost + 10% for these elements.

 

We are happy to price for any other specific requests clients may have.

Note: Clients are able to free issue any of the above elements of contract filling for us to use - excluding labour of course!

For 2ml to 100ml bottles (liquids)

50 to 100 units @ £0.55/unit

101 to 500 units @ £0.50/unit

501 to 1000 units @ £0.46/unit

1001 to 2500 units @ £0.42/unit

2501 to 5000 units @ £0.38/unit

5001 to 10000 units @ £0.35/unit

>10001 units @ £0.32/unit

 

For >100ml to 1000ml bottles (liquids)

50 to 100 units @ £0.60/unit

101 to 500 units @ £0.56/unit

501 to 1000 units @ £0.52/unit

1001 to 2500 units @ £0.48/unit

2501 to 5000 units @ £0.44/unit

5001 to 10000 units @ £0.40/unit

>10001 units @ £0.36/unit

Contract Filling - Jars

 

For 15gm to 100gm jars (creams/gels)

50 to 100 units @ £0.50/unit

101 to 500 units @ £0.46/unit

501 to 1000 units @ £0.42/unit

1001 to 2500 units @ £0.38/unit

2501 to 5000 units @ £0.34/unit

5001 to 10000 units @ £0.30/unit

>10001 units @ £0.26/unit

 

For >100gm to 1000gm jars (creams/gels)

50 to 100 units @ £0.60/unit

101 to 500 units @ £0.56/unit

We can of course contract fill other types of containers and packaging. If you require us to contract fill powders, salts or granules, this is also achievable - we will be happy to consider all your contract filling requirements.

How to work out the cost of your contract filling project 

You don't need to work out pricing... that's what we are here for!

We will liaise with you to fully understand your contract filling requirements. This will be done in whatever form works for you - either email, or phone, or both.

We will provide you with an initial no obligation quotation. We will set out what's included and what isn't to ensure we both have a clear understanding on what's expected from the project and the associated costs.

Once we have everything pinned down and you are happy to proceed, we will produce an invoice to cover the cost of the project.

Then, the exciting stuff begins!

We will deliver your project as requested to your complete satisfaction.
