Oils4life
is a family run business based in Norfolk, England. Oils4life
is a limited company and was registered with Companies House
on the 30th January 2003. Our company registration number
is 04653252.
Val Farrow, Director and co-founder of Oils4life has been
practicing Aromatherapy for more than 15 years, running a
successful Aromatherapy practice before launching Oils4life
with her son (Dale) in 2003.

All raw materials used in Oils4life products are sourced from
reputable manufacturers/producers from across the world and
are supplied to us with appropriate certificates of analysis
(CoA) and/or INCI Ingredients Listings. This information is
freely available to all customers upon request.
Our internal quality control procedures ensure the quality
of products is maintained and cross-contamination prevented.
All products are batch numbered to provide complete traceability
throughout the supply chain.

Great prices
Don't be taken in by claims that cheaper essential oils have
been adulterated, diluted or bulked up - it normally comes
from suppliers who sell at high prices!
Quite simply, we aren't greedy. Our profit margins our low
- we are more interested in establishing long-term relationships
with our customers than making a fast buck. If prices from
origin reduce we will pass these savings on to our customers.
Great customer care
Perfect we might not be, but committed we are. We want your
shopping experience with Oils4life to be memorable for all
the right reasons. We promise to do our best to ensure we
meet your requirements in a timely manner. We don't believe
in excuses - if we get it wrong, we will fix it quickly!

you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second,
to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not trade, sell or release information on any of our
customers to third parties. We do not hold onto your details
any longer than is required to process your order. All information
is then securely destroyed.

We have taken steps to ensure that our products (or any of
their ingredients) are not tested on animals. These steps
have included obtaining assurances from or raw material suppliers.

We are committed to reducing the impact our business has on
the environment. We will endeavor to reduce the amount of
packaging waste from our operation.
